Terms of Service
Last updated: August 2026
1. The service
EveryGameStat shows your game libraries, playtime and achievements from gaming platforms in one unified profile with a shareable player card. The service is provided free of charge, "as is" and "as available". Features may change, be added or be removed as the project evolves.
2. Your account
- You need an account to link platforms. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
- You may only link platform accounts that are yours, or that you have explicit permission to link.
- You can delete your account at any time; this permanently removes all your data.
3. Platform data
Statistics are retrieved read-only from third-party platforms (such as Steam) based on your publicly available data. We depend on the availability and accuracy of those platforms: numbers may be delayed, incomplete or unavailable if a platform changes or restricts its services. We cannot modify anything on your platform accounts.
4. Public profiles
Your profile is private by default. If you enable the public profile option, your player card (name, avatar, totals, platforms, top games) becomes visible to anyone with the link, including in link previews on third-party services. You can disable this at any time.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use the service to harass others, scrape data at scale, attempt to access other users' non-public data, or interfere with the operation of the service. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.
6. Intellectual property
Steam and the Steam logo are trademarks of Valve Corporation. All game titles, artwork, logos and related material are the property of their respective owners. EveryGameStat is an independent project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Valve or any game publisher.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EveryGameStat is not liable for damages resulting from the use of, or inability to use, the service, or from inaccuracies in displayed statistics. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Dutch law.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by Dutch law.
